These Terms govern your use of WYN Careers as a company (“Client”, “you”) posting roles and receiving referrals. By using WYN, you agree to the following terms:
1. Definitions
Referral: A candidate submitted by a third-party Referrer via the WYN platform.
Shortlist: Candidates who match your role brief and are passed to your dashboard.
Placement: A candidate hired and started through WYN.
Fee: The agreed cost per placement (no upfront or retainer fees).
2. Platform Use
Post job descriptions accurately
Respond to referrals promptly
Notify WYN of interview, offer, or hire outcomes
Clients must inform WYN in writing of any offer, acceptance, or placement involving a referred candidate - whether direct or indirect - within 7 days of such occurrence.
3. Fees & Payment
WYN charges a flat or tiered success fee, disclosed before go-live
Fees are only due upon successful placement (candidate starts)
Invoices are issued at offer acceptance and payable within 30 days
If a candidate is hired by the client (or a related entity) within 12 months of their initial referral, a placement fee will still apply.
If a candidate introduced through WYN is hired by a third party as a result of a client forwarding the referral, the client will be liable for the standard placement fee.
If a client makes an offer which is accepted by a candidate and later withdraws the offer without cause, the success fee remains payable in full.
4. Candidate Data Use
You agree to only use referred data for your hiring decision
You may not contact candidates or referrers outside the WYN platform for unrelated roles or future hiring without consent
5. AI-Generated Summaries
Candidate summaries and rankings are supported by AI and peer weighting
These are intended to support - not replace - human judgment
6. Confidentiality
All referrals and hiring insights are confidential
You may not share referred profiles with external recruiters or third parties without written consent
7. Limitation of Liability
WYN is not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by referrers or candidates. We are not liable for indirect losses or hiring outcomes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
