Terms of Service - Referrers
Effective Date: 8 April 2025
These Terms govern your participation as a Referrer on WYN Careers (“WYN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By referring talent through our platform, you agree to the terms below.
1. Definitions
  • Referrer: Any individual submitting candidate referrals to the WYN platform.
  • Candidate: A person referred by a Referrer for consideration by a hiring company.
  • Client: A company using WYN to receive and assess candidate referrals.
  • Placement: A referred candidate who is hired and starts employment.
  • Referral Fee: The reward payable to a Referrer for a successful placement.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and capable of entering binding contracts. WYN may request KYC documentation before releasing payments.
3. Referral Process
  • Referrals must be submitted via the platform.
  • Referrals must be genuine and submitted with the candidate’s consent.
  • Duplicate candidates already known to a client are not eligible.
4. Payments
  • Fees are paid only if:
  • The client hires your referred candidate
  • The candidate starts employment
  • The client pays WYN’s placement fee
  • Referral amounts and terms may vary by role. These are disclosed on the referral listing.
  • Payments are made within 30 days of WYN receiving full client payment.
5. Conduct & Restrictions
You agree to:
  • Act honestly and professionally
  • Not misuse data, spam clients, or refer fake profiles
  • Not bypass the platform to avoid fees
Any deliberate misuse, impersonation, or fraudulent referrals will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of earnings. Legal action may be taken where appropriate.
6. Data & Confidentiality
You may view candidate and client data solely for referrals. All data must be kept confidential. Misuse may result in legal action.
7. Taxes
Referrers are independent and responsible for declaring and paying any taxes related to earnings from WYN. WYN will not issue tax forms unless required by law.
8. Disclaimers
We provide no guarantees around candidate hiring or referral income. WYN may change terms, fees, or eligibility at any time with notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
